Warranty Conditions

Warranty and Inspection Period

Blanc Instant Renovations is committed to the quality of our products and services. We offer a warranty that provides the original purchaser a one (1) month inspection period, commencing from the date of installation completion, to identify and report any latent defects directly related to the installation process. Upon proper notification of such defects within this period, Blanc Instant Renovations will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective products or rectify any installation deficiencies, provided all terms and conditions are met.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty is subject to certain exclusions and limitations as outlined below:

  1. Installation-Related Exclusions:
    This warranty is void if the installation was not performed in strict accordance with Blanc Instant Renovations’ guidelines or if unapproved accessories were used during the process. Any and all installation errors or deviations from our prescribed methods will automatically invalidate the warranty. The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring the installation adheres to these standards.

  2. Damage from External Factors:
    Our warranty does not extend to damages caused by external factors post-installation, including but not limited to:

    • Scratches, dents, or abrasions caused by furniture, heavy objects, or the movement thereof.
    • Damage due to improper handling, negligence, or accidents, such as dragging heavy furniture or exposure to sharp objects.
    • Damage resulting from the presence of abrasive materials such as sand, dirt, or other particulates.

  3. Water and Moisture-Related Exclusions:
    Blanc Instant Renovations does not assume liability for damages caused by water or moisture unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Damage due to plumbing malfunctions, flooding, excessive moisture in subflooring, or other water-related events.
    • Issues arising from improper cleaning methods involving excessive water or steam.

  4. Appearance and Aesthetic Claims:
    No warranty is provided for aesthetic concerns, including but not limited to changes in surface gloss, color variation, or superficial scratches occurring as a result of ordinary use. It is imperative that all products be carefully inspected prior to installation, as installation constitutes full acceptance of the product’s appearance and condition. Claims related to visual or aesthetic issues post-installation will not be entertained.

  5. Non-Transferability:
    This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Subsequent owners of the property or product shall not be entitled to claim any warranty coverage under this agreement.

  6. Commercial Use and Applications:
    For commercial applications, the warranty period, and any coverage associated with water resistance or structural integrity, shall be limited as per the product’s intended commercial use. Customers must consult Blanc Instant Renovations for specific project warranty terms when installing in commercial settings.

  7. Products Purchased Without Installation Services:
    Products purchased from Blanc Instant Renovations without the corresponding installation services shall not be covered by any warranty. The customer assumes full responsibility for such products, including their correct installation and subsequent performance.

Maintenance and Care Obligations

To ensure the validity of this warranty, all products must be maintained and cared for in accordance with Blanc Instant Renovations’ maintenance guidelines. Failure to follow these prescribed care instructions will result in the warranty being rendered null and void. Customers are expected to protect their flooring from undue wear and tear, including through the use of protective mats, furniture pads, and routine cleaning to prevent the accumulation of dirt and debris.

Blanc Instant Renovations remains dedicated to client satisfaction. Should any issues arise with your flooring, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will undertake a comprehensive assessment and work in partnership with the customer to resolve any issues, applying our expertise to ensure a satisfactory outcome, wherever reasonably possible.

General Provisions

This warranty is strictly applicable to the original installation by Blanc Instant Renovations and is enforceable solely by the original purchaser. Blanc Instant Renovations reserves the right to inspect and assess any claims under this warranty before offering any remedies, including repairs or replacements. The cost of removing and reinstalling materials, where necessary, shall be borne by the customer, except where Blanc Instant Renovations was contracted to provide installation services and those services were found to be deficient.

By purchasing products or services from Blanc Instant Renovations, the customer acknowledges their acceptance of these terms and conditions, including all exclusions, limitations, and obligations outlined herein.
